preparing mail for postal discounts - printing, folding, inserting, tabbing, metering, addressing, poly bagging, OCR comingling clients processing for lowest postal rates available, print and process client invoices and statements,
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
With backgrounds in Advertising and Marketing, my husband and I decided that we enjoyed working together and felt we would make a good team in owning and managing a small business. After a lot of research, we bought a small direct mail business in 1987 and have been blessed to become one of the largest and most successful mail processing facilities in the area.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our goal is to become a partner with our clients in the entire mailing process. Whether developing a direct mail campaign or processing daily mail to receive the lowest USPO rates available, our staff is trained and available to provide the best possible solutions for our clients. And there is no charge for the consultation. We recently ere certified as a Full Service Intelligent Mail Barcode vendor - one of only five in Tennessee. We have expanded our services to include sorting and comingling of first class letters and flats which not only expedites the mail but also, provides a significant cost savings.
