We wanted to help businesses provide great customer service. This is a family owned business. All of us have degrees from the University of Tennessee
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We are a complete mystery shopping service with the latest in on line reporting. We can provide full service mystery shops, video shops, IVR, and ICR reporting as well as employee tracking. How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
