What is your primary product or service?
I sell residential real estate in the Knoxville area, complete with a 6 member team, including stager, photographer, customer follow-up, web master, office manager/listing coordinator, and closing coordinator. We try to make your move as easy as possible with as little inconvenience to you as is necessary.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My mother died when I was six years old so it was me and my father. He loved real estate and of course, I wanted to be like him. When I completed college, I went back to my home town to a poplular real estate company and asked them for a job. He said I was a woman and too young. Well he would be under the jail today, but then women were either teachers, nurses or secretaries. So.... I taught school for a couple of years until we moved here. Women were just getting into real estate.I began my career here in Tennessee 38 years ago and have loved every moment.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
As far as I know, I advertise more than anyone in town. I know, especially in a down market, that advertising pays off for the seller. If people don't know about it, they certainly cannot buy it. In addition, I have a well trained team that gives the customer custom care, much more than a single individual could do.

I work in the Realty Exeucutives office at 10255 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN 37922
