How long have you been in business?
I have been in the home improvement business for 15 years. We started Grace Home Improvement(named after my daughter) in May '08.
What is your primary product or service?
We specialize in Seamless Guttering. We also do Vinyl Siding, Replacement Windows, and Repairs.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I thrive on making things better. To see a house with old masonite siding that's falling off, then a week later, it looks like a brand new house, that's a great feeling. I also love working with people. I have met some of the Greatest people in this line of work. It's also in my blood. My father was a contractor, and several uncles are contractors in East TN. I used to work on houses when I was in High School over the summer. So it's something I love and will always be envolved in.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Grace Home Improvement uses only the highest QUALITY materials. We strive to offer the best possible SERVICE by building solid relationships with our clients to meet existing, as well as, future needs. We give our clients what they really want----VALUE!
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We have an office in New Tazewell, and one in Powell. We do plan to expand in the near future.

It is best to reach Grace Home Improvement by phone, or email. All a customer has to do is call or email us with directions and we'll come out and give a free estimate.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept checks.
Which areas do you service?
Predominantly, EAST TN. That's Knox, Anderson, Sevier, Blount, Union, and Claiborne Counties.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Joseph Dotson owns/operates daily operations.
What are your hours of operation?
We can be reached 24 hours a day by phone 6 days a week. We do not work on SUNDAY.
