How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked for a national transmission repair chain for several years. I opened my own transmission repair shop over 20 years ago after being unsatisfied with the level of customer service the national chain I was working for was providing the public. I wanted to give my community a transmission repair facility that would deliver platinum level customer service while still performing top quality repairs at reasonable prices.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We pride ourselves on customer service & satisfaction and quality workmanship. FREE performance checks and FREE computer diagnostic checks. Quick turn around time on repairs. Our average turn around time for minor repairs is same day, and turn around time on major repairs is 24-48 hours. We have 24 hour on call service. We are a member of the Better Business Bureau. We offer a nationwide warranty. We offer financing with approved credit. We offer free local towing with repairs. Our technicians are required to attend continued education calsses and seminars across the nation to ensure we are up to date on the latest technology to repair your vehicle quickly and accurately. Our customers are our #1 priority! We will give you a ride home or to work if you need to drop off your vehicle for service or repair. We always keep our customers informed every step of the way throughout the repair of their vehicle. We encourage our customers to fill out and return customer surveys and also give a follow up phone after their vehicle leaves our facility to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Two locations. One in Knoxville, one in Maryville and plan to expand and add locations to provide even more convenience for our customers.
