How long have you been in business?
A little over 5 years together, with each of us having a combined total of 20 years experience.
What is your primary product or service?
Photography. We specialize in many different areas, including wedding photography, portraiture, commercial, fine art, nature, and documentary photography.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Jordan discovered a love for photography while photographing a lightening storm as a young man. To his amazement, he was able to catch lightening strikes on film on his first try. This was the first clue that he had a natural talent for it. Lauren was given a camera upon graduating the 8th grade, and her love for photography blossomed in a high school darkroom class.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We take a behind the scenes approach to wedding photography, realizing that the couple to be joined in marriage should have all the attention. Beyond that, we really try to be more than photographers. During weddings for example, we're there to serve you and make sure your day goes off without a hitch. Lauren has been known to sew a dress at the last minute, for example.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are currently an on-location photography team. We travel to the venue, or a site chosen by ourselves or the clients.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash and check.
Which areas do you service?
Knoxville, Chattanooga, Nashville, Johnson City, Asheville, and anywhere really. We are available to travel nationwide.
