How long have you been in business?
5 years on my own, 17 years altogether
What is your primary product or service?
Painting
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
My grandfather needed some help once I graduated high school. So I took what I learned from that summer job and turned it into a career.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Family comes first period. We don't work weekends or holidays, time with family is extremely important for us. Second would be that we love to use high end products to receive high end results. And finally we don't charge an arm and a leg just to paint a house, like some "certain professional painters." We take pride in our work. Our customers pay for the job to be completed not for extra coats because a lesser quality paint was used.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One location so far, we do not plan on expanding right now.
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, check, or paypal.
Which areas do you service?
Knoxville, Oak Ridge, Clinton, Norris, Andersonville, Farragut, Tellico, Lenior City, Alcoa, Maryville, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Seiverville.

That the finished product was better than expected.
