I began doing doing Merchant Services in 1997, at that time with the second largest Visa and Mastercard processor in the US
What is your primary product or service?
Lower cost Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit card processing solutions for all business types.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Previously owned ladies clothing stores in Jackson, Tennessee for twenty years.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I have been "on the other side" of the counter, and can relate to businesses needing to control costs.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
From my national headquarters locally, I sell and service businesses throughout the US and Canada
Provide detailed directions to your location
It is better that I visit the business location personally to evaluate what they want, and what I think they may need.
What type of payments do you accept?
If a business needs to purchase a credit card terminal, I take all card types, of course.
Which areas do you service?
Any business that currently accepts, or is interested in accepting credit cards
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Shirley G. Freedman is primary stockholder and primary operations person
What are your hours of operation?
I have some clients who are open twenty four hours a day, so technical service is always available. My clients can call me on my cell phone from 9:00 AM until 11:00PM, seven days per week.
